The sample WBT to the right provides a high level overview of the interactivity that Concrete Foundations is able to offer in its training WBT's.
The sample Remedy overview is fully interactive. It takes live time data sampled from a real environment and duplicates ticket creation scenarios and procedures in a training simulation. The simulation encourages user interactivity while providing verbal queues and images to positively promote adult learning behavior.
